The focus on these walks is suited entirely to your dog’s needs! Each walk can focus on up to three behaviours to work on with your dog. Behaviours can be everything from recall and loose lead walking (not pulling on the lead) to working on stays or waits in distracting environments and manners getting in or out of the car. The goals we work on are set by you, ensuring that the focus of teaching is what you would most like improved whilst working at the dog’s pace. A complete list of behaviours that can be worked on is available upon request.

Equipment:

Dogs must wear a flat collar with an identification tag that fits the legal requirements and a correctly fitting harness. Treats, leads and longlines will be supplied by the walker.

Prerequisites:

A free meet and greet to discuss the issues that you would like to be addressed and how you would like them to be addressed. Depending on these issues we may also ask to go on a short walk with you to view the issues you would like working on (this will happen during the meet and greet if deemed necessary).

Dogs of any fitness are eligible for 1-2-1 training walks, however any health issues including allergies should be disclosed in order to ensure they are not made worse on any walks.
